The Sinhala and Hindu New Year Festival organized by the District Secretariat Galle was held yesterday (2026/05/01) throughout the day at the Hall de Galle premises.
This festival was organized by the Welfare Society of the District Secretariat Galle under the guidance and direction of K.U. Chandralal, and the officers participated in the event with great enthusiasm.
Among those who attended the occasion were District Secretary , Mr. K.U. Chandralal, Additional District Secretary (Administration) , Ms Ayesha Kariyawasam, Chief Accountant Mr. B.L.A. Kumara, along with staff officers and several other participants.
